Privacy Policy

Tyrwhitt Codes is an independent dashboard that lists publicly available Charles Tyrwhitt discount codes and cart-verified prices. We are not affiliated with Charles Tyrwhitt. This page describes what data we collect when you visit tyrwhittcodes.com.

What we collect directly

We do not require an account. We do not ask for or store names, addresses, email addresses, or payment information. We never see your Charles Tyrwhitt cart or checkout.

The site collects data through three mechanisms:

• Analytics - we use a self-hosted Umami instance to record page views and basic interaction events. Umami is privacy-focused; visitor IP addresses are not stored as personal records and no cross-site tracking is used.
• Session recording - Umami's recorder captures a replay of mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks for up to five minutes per visit. Text inputs are masked at the "moderate" level. We use these recordings only to debug layout and usability issues, and they are deleted on Umami's standard rotation.
• Local storage - your browser locally stores two values, extras_portal and extras_rebate, so the "Extras" calculator remembers what you typed. These values never leave your device.

We do not set first-party cookies on tyrwhittcodes.com.

Third parties

When you click a link to another site, that site's privacy policy applies. We have no visibility into what those sites collect after you leave ours.

• Charles Tyrwhitt - every product or deal link goes to charlestyrwhitt.com under their terms.
• Rakuten - the "New to Rakuten?" link is an affiliate referral link. If you sign up through it, the operator of this site may receive a referral bonus from Rakuten. This does not change the rate Rakuten offers you. See the full Terms of Use for the affiliate disclosure.
• Google Fonts - fonts are served from fonts.gstatic.com. Google may log your IP per its own policy.

Your choices

You can use a tracker-blocking extension or disable JavaScript to prevent analytics and session recording. The page is server-rendered, so the code list and current deal still load.

To request deletion of any recorded session that you believe is identifiable to you, email dietdroidwp@gmail.com with the approximate date and time of your visit.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we add advertising, additional analytics, or any new data collection, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new policy.
